It was sweet!

Break 3 hours again, but now as a masters runner. It's been 9 years since my last sub 3. I better do this soon as I'm not getting any younger.

25 minutes elliptical

The hot water wasn't working at the gym this morning.  Burrrr! That was one fast shower.

Looks like I should have a long lunch break today.  I'll try and squeeze in a second workout then.

LUNCH

30 minutes on the row machine.  That was a first for my and my shoulders were definitely sore afterwards.

Upper body weights focusing on chest.

Kathie, Since I'm only running 3 days a week I figured I better try and get in some 2 a days, but I'm not as religious about them as I was during the holidays.

Teena, yes I got in a fun little workout during lunch for about an hour. I better blog it.
