The hot water wasn't working at the gym this morning.  Burrrr! That was one fast shower.

Looks like I should have a long lunch break today.  I'll try and squeeze in a second workout then.

30 minutes on the row machine.  That was a first for my and my shoulders were definitely sore afterwards.

Upper body weights focusing on chest.

I didn't have anything to do with it! Oh, you said Burrr.

Two-a-days again? I thought that was just the way you celebrated the holidays.

From Rhett on Thu, Feb 11, 2010 at 18:15:52 from

Kathie, Since I'm only running 3 days a week I figured I better try and get in some 2 a days, but I'm not as religious about them as I was during the holidays.

Burt, I'm sure it was all your fault, somehow. :)

You're so good at sticking with 3 days running! Your xtrain workouts are awesome. It obviously is working very well.

Sorry about the water? How was your lunch break? Did you get in another workout?

From Rhett on Fri, Feb 12, 2010 at 14:17:50 from

Teena, yes I got in a fun little workout during lunch for about an hour. I better blog it.
