What are you going to watch while you jump rope or do your PM xtrain now that the Bowl games are over? I guess there's always the NBA! :)

Dale, I don't know how well rounded I am as an individual, but I'm trying to keep my training well rounded.

Smooth, you've got me figured out. Wed night I watched the BYU basketball game and last night some NBA. I admit, I'm a sports aholic, but I'm much, much better than I used to be.
