I thought about doing some upper body weight training last night, but decided that it is time to stop my upper body weight training until Boston.  I guess I'll have to be scrawny boy for a little while so I don't have to carry any extra weight at Boston.

I slept great last night and didn't get up until 6:30 this morning.

1 hour stationary cycle.

PM-- Lower body weights

Ab and core work

30 minutes elliptical

I'm glad you didn't sneak out for another long run or bulk up that cap'n underpants' physique. :)

NICE ride! Oh yeah, scrawny boy fits right in at the "skinny people convention" at Boston. :) Then back to brawny after Boston, eh!

Good Choice, you don't want to carry and extra weight at Boston... you are totally on you way to a crazy new PR!

Soft. (Just kidding, of course.)

Smooth, yep I'll get back to lifting upper body after Boston. Gotta look good for summer time at the lake and beach and pool, etc.

Kathie, I really hope so. It is so weird how I some times feel like I'm fat and slow even though I know I'm not.

Paul, I added in a PM workout just for you so I wouldn't be soft. :)

Rhett,

It's 11:00 Friday, no post. You must be headed to the lunch with Smooth, TM, Andy and Kathie. :)

Paul, I guess I'm not part of the "popular crowd", since I wasn't invited to lunch. :( You know I would have made the 9 hour drive to get there too. :)

I chose to sleep in this morning, so nothing to blog yet for today.

I am crashing their lunch right now.

You were totally invited Rhett!!! The more the merrier. We could even split up the gas money amongst all of us! :)

(We LOVED your company Paul.)

Btw, I've seen the Cap'n's pic on the FFs ... NO WAY you are scrawny!!! :)

Nice workouts! :)
