I did 8 easy miles this morning @ 8:00 on the TM at 1%.

I had absolutely no soreness in my legs, but my legs did not have the same bounce they usually do.  I was thinking about going farther, but since my legs seemed tired and I'm trying to stick with the "Nothing Stupid" montra, I cut back to 8 miles.

SO GLAD you are not sore and nothing is injured!

Ya great recovery after your latest marathon. Nice and easy recovery is a great plan.
