Full body weights and ab work.  I did some lunging exercises that are supposed to be good for runners.  I'm going to have sore buns and quads tomorrow.

Mack, Yep the back side is sore today, but just enough to let me know I had a good workout yesterday. The quads a just a hint sore.

Dale and Kelli, On RunningTimes.com they have some videos of exercises for runners I was watching, then I went to UTube and searched for some more. I found a few exercises that looked legit and tried them out. I think I'll keep them in my routine for a while.

Burt, is this a reference to Nacho Libre? When ever I do lunges I always think about the episode of Friends where Joey put on all of Chandler's clothes while going comando and starts doing lunges. "Lunging, lunging, lunging" makes me laugh every time.

Kathie, we leave Sunday morning for Orlando to spend a week with the kids at Disney World. I still have until the second week of Nov. before I have to be in top shape for Belize. My secret weapon is going to be running though. I'm going to start back up after Orlando. I'm so excited, only 12 more days till I'm back running!!!!

Slick, I'm not running SGM. As a matter of fact I not running at all... still on the mend from the stress fracture. I'm hoping to start back up running again in 11 more days. Good luck to you and everyone else at SGM though.
