I don't know how you and Kathie do lower body weights; but my legs are so fatigued that there's no way I could do any leg lifts. Teena and I were talking about xtraining. I have got to learn how to do that afte Boston!

I'm with Smooth -- Xtraining is something I rarely ever do, but should. After Boston...or maybe after UVM..or maybe after El Scorcho.... OK, maybe never. :)
