These two a days are killing me Rhett I think I need to back off on one and make it really easy, just a long slow calorie burn.

How are you doing?

From Teena on Thu, Dec 03, 2009 at 20:45:25 from 174.52.45.85

I'm thinking 2-a-days only every other day for me. Or ... just when I feel like it! Rhett -- you are much too hardcore for any of us. :)

AWESOME AM workout! Can't wait to see the PM workout! Such dedication!

Rhett, keep tearing it up. I admit I'm a bit bummed that I've sort of stalled, but can vicariously live through your progress.

From Rhett on Fri, Dec 04, 2009 at 11:33:20 from 216.67.211.250

Kathie, yep. They are taking their toll, but I think my body will start to get used to them and then when I go back to 1 a day I'll be stronger. You have to do what YOUR body says to do though.

Teena, that sounds like a pretty good paln

Smooth, I just have a lot of catching up to do after taking so long off.

Paul, I hope your tendon gets better soon. I really think my time off from running was good for me though. So maybe you will notice the same when you get back to it. I know how hard it is to keep the happy face though when you can't train like you want to. Keep up the X training. You're still my running hero.

Rhett,

Already I know you are focused, strong and talented... a great combination - THE SKY IS THE LIMIT FOR YOU!

Rhett - when are you leading your pace group? What pace are you leading?

From Rhett on Sat, Dec 05, 2009 at 14:12:43 from 216.67.216.176

Marc, I am probably going to be pacing the 1:30 group in a half marathon that is 9 days before Boston. I wanted to be a pacer so that I won't end up racing and ruining Boston.
