I love easy runs in perfect weather. You show a lot of self-discipline or restrain to not run longer. Are you saving it for a hard workout tomorrow?

Of course, tomorrow will be my final med long tempo run. 9 miles at 6:40. Next week I'll probably drop my tempo run down to 6 at 6:40 for my final tempo run.

Your workout plan is so awesome. Is 6:40 your half-marathon race pace or 10K rp?

It's my half marathon pace.

The weather sounds perfect! It's great to run in the 50's..and a light breeze. Can't wait to hear about your 9 miles at 6:40 tomorrow. If I'm lucky 6:40 is probably near my 5K pace these days.
