20 minutes stairs switching back and forth from a fast walk to a slower walk.  No running

I'm gaining more confidence in my leg, but I'd be lying if I said it doesn't scare me to try and run on it.  I really, really, really don't want to re-injure it and have to start the whole healing process over again.

Your blog makes me smile every time I come and visit! I love the picture of you flying into the finish. Your wife needs to finish her marathon the same way, then you can frame the pictures in the family room! Everyone who drops by will smile.
