1 mile nice and slow then alternating 1 minute at mp and 2 minutes slow for the next 3 miles for at total of 4 miles. I followed that up with some light core work, stretching, and rolling my legs.

I like everything about them except the tongue is too long and hits the front of my leg and drives me crazy, so I fold the tongues forward and lace over them. It works.
