I thought about staying in bed this morning, but as I laid there contemplating my day, I knew that I needed the stress relief of a morning run to get through the day and that I would regret not getting in a run, so I got out of bed.  It didn't take long before I was happy to be out running.

You are totally right Yasir. Unfortunately I had forced days off running the last few days because I am moving my office and it has consumed all my time. Now I'm itching to get a run in. Maybe tomorrow.

Funny how close we all are on mileage for the year. I thought about Yasir's goal of hitting 2,000 for the year. Turns out, i need to average 9+ per day. That's a lot by my current standards. But I'm up for the challenge if you guys are.

That means I would need to run 220 miles in a little less than 3 weeks. And the last week of it would be the first week of my 2 week taper for my 50 mile race. Hmm, I'm in!
