Trail run followed up by some strides, totalling 5 miles.  It felt good getting my legs turning over quickly with strides.

Nice morning! Good to see you back on the trails every day! How are the legs feeling with the trails?

It's been great getting on the trails and engaging different muscles than I do on the roads. I think my legs are recovered enough to give the Turkey Trot a good effort tomorrow. Are your legs feeling recovered from your long hike?
